There is nothing to install. No Razed application was found in Apple's catalogue, none is confirmed on Android, and the operator links no download of any kind from its own pages.

A catalogue search of the App Store for the brand name returned seventeen results, none of them published by Wild Technology, by Razed, or by any entity connected to either; the results were mostly Razer peripheral utilities and unrelated titles using the word Raze.

On Google Play, a listing carrying the name belongs to an unrelated developer under a package identifier with no connection to the operator. Since no operator page offers an installer file or points at a store page, the sensible conclusion is that the brand's mobile strategy is the browser.

What you actually use on a phone

The whole product is a web application served from razed.com. The game lobby, the sportsbook and the cashier are all pages on the same site (Razed casino lobby, Razed sportsbook), so the phone experience is whatever the site renders in a mobile browser.

That has a genuine advantage worth stating: there is no separate mobile build to lag behind the desktop one, no store review queue between a bug and its fix, and no divergence between features on iOS and features on Android.

It also means the site is fronted by Cloudflare, which is why the domain behaves differently for automated clients than for a person on a handset.

What is not measurable

Two things cannot be reported honestly here. First, mobile quality: the operator makes no responsive design or progressive web app claim on any published page, and no responsive testing underpins this guide, so no verdict is offered on how the interface holds up on a small screen.

Anyone considering the site should open the lobby and the bet slip on their own device before funding, because that is the only way to answer the question at present. Second, and more consequentially, there are no store ratings.

An operator with an app carries a public, semi-independent review record with a star average, a version history and complaint text that is difficult to curate. Razed has none of that, which removes one of the more resistant independent signals available on a betting brand and leaves the reader dependent on review sites and forums instead.

Account security on a device you carry

The security controls the platform does offer are worth setting up on day one, precisely because the recourse behind them is thin. Two points make it more than optional in practice. Releasing money from the on-site Vault requires confirming a security setting such as the password, a verified email or two-factor authentication (Razed help centre on the Vault), and submitting a crypto payout needs a password or authenticator confirmation (Razed help centre on withdrawing funds).

Handing credentials to anyone else can result in the account being cancelled with no refund (Razed AML policy, Log In Details), so no shared logins with a friend who bets.

Encryption specifics such as protocol versions are not published; the privacy policy offers a general undertaking to take reasonable precautions over submitted data (Razed privacy policy, section 9), which is a promise rather than a specification, and which sits uncomfortably beside the July 2026 episode in which a VIP host exposed 183 high-value customers' email addresses to one another in a single message (FairGambling).

The Vault, and what it is not

The Vault deserves a mention in any mobile discussion because it looks like cold storage and is not. It is reached from the cashier dropdown, holds funds with no time limit, pays no interest, and releases back to the playable balance once a security setting is confirmed (Razed help centre on the Vault).

It is useful as a friction device against impulse play on a phone late at night. It is not custody in your own name: money in the Vault is still money the operator holds, and it remains exposed to the same account closure and seizure clauses as the rest of the balance.

Support on the small screen

Help content is delivered through a hosted help centre at help.razed.com with 33 English articles, plus German and Japanese locales, all readable in a mobile browser.

Live chat and email are the contact channels the operator publishes (Razed contact page), and both work through the same web interface, so nothing about the absence of an app removes a support route.

What it does remove is push notification of an account event, a fingerprint or face unlock flow provided by the operator, and any biometric gate in front of a withdrawal. On a browser-only product, the phone's own screen lock and a two-factor application are the entirety of your defence, and both are your responsibility rather than the operator's.
